Always had this idea of Deadspace meets Adr1ft so decided to create this using Unreal 4.

I decided to diary my dev process as it's a great way to see the growing pains of a scene from its infancy blockout, ugly baby stage to maturing into something pleasing to the eye. You can clearly see the inspiration from the reference sheet so I cannot take total credit for the design aesthetic.

This was put together in roughly 45 hours (includes reference gathering, concepting etc). The following assets were used as a starting point:
